What is PD2MapsCore?

PD2MapsCore is basically the custom contractor most of our maps use, along with the background videos and hooks required to properly display it ingame.
Since most of our maps use the same contractor, we decided to split them from them to reduce the download sizes, as you're not required to download the same files multiple times with each new map.
Additionally slight changes to it won't affect the maps themselves, so you won't have to redownload the entire map.

Installation

Usually the mod is installed automatically via the BeardLib Mods Manager ingame when needed. However if for whatever reason you need to manually install it, follow these steps:

1. Download the pd2mcore.zip.
2. Extract the "PD2MapsCore" folder from the zip file.
3. Move the "PD2MapsCore" folder into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides.
