The Bookworm needs to get rid of some competition for a planned auction, peacefully if possible.
One of his competitors is obsessed with something that he stored inside the vault of his Gambling room.

We've got an Insider that will let you in. When you get in there, locate the vault, find a way to open it and destroy whatever is in there. Any additional loot is yours to keep.

This a 1 day heist, playable in both loud and stealth.

In the Underground Bargains job, Get ambushed by the FBI after entering the gambling room.
Electrical bungalow
On the Underground Bargains job, find the electrical cage in stealth.
Games Done Quick
In the Underground Bargains job, complete the heist in under 12 minutes on the Overkill difficulty or above.
No fun allowed
In the Underground Bargains job, find and explode the five sets of balloons.
Pacifist
Complete the Underground Bargains job in stealth without killing anyone on the Overkill difficulty or above.
Secret
In the Underground Bargains job, complete the heist by doing the secret.
Signature
In the Underground Bargains job, find and steal the boss' signature weapon on the Death Sentence difficulty.
Small money
On the Underground Bargains job, find the secret stash in loud.
